Half N Half Marathon - Tulsa, OK

Event Overview

The Half N Half Marathon offers participants a choice between a trail half marathon on Turkey Mountain and a road half marathon on paved pedestrian trails, or a combination of both for a full marathon. The event features a concurrent start for all distances.

Available Distances

• Half Marathon on Turkey Mountain Dirt Trails: A new trail course for 2025.
• Half Marathon on Riverside Paved Trails: Run on the Riverparks paved trail system.
• Full Marathon (First Half Trails, Second Half Paved): A combination of the two half-marathon courses.
• Full Marathon (Entirely on Riverside Paved Trails): Consists of two loops of the paved half-marathon course.

Course Details

All races start and finish at the Turkey Mountain main parking lot (6850 S. Elwood Ave., Tulsa, OK). The trail half-marathon is an out-and-back course. The paved course utilizes trails on both the east and west sides of the river. Courses are marked with pink ribbons and directional signs. Strollers are not allowed on any course.

Participant Information

• Finishers receive a unique medal for each half completed; the medals connect to form a combined picture.
• A nine-hour time limit applies to full marathons; a five-hour cutoff applies to the trail half marathon.
• Aid stations with water, Gatorade, and snacks are available every 2-3 miles.
• A shirt is provided for entrants who register early.
• Age group awards are given for the top three male and female finishers in each event, as well as first overall in standard five-year age groups.
• Parking at the main lot is limited; carpooling is recommended.

Logistics

Online registration remains open until the race starts. Packet pickup is available the day before the race at RunnersWorld Tulsa (3920 S. Peoria Ave.) or on race day starting at 7:00 AM. There are no refunds for non-attendance, but packets can still be collected. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
