The Gingerbread Lane 5K & 10K - Tulsa takes place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Riverside 96th Street Park in Tulsa, OK 74137. The event offers multiple race options including a short kids dash, a 1-mile event, a 5K, a 10K, a volunteer-then-run 5K option, and a virtual run. The 5K and 10K are chip timed; the 1-mile and Kids Dash are not timed. Packet pickup is offered beginning 1.5 hours before the event start. Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite, and occasional dirt paths. Aid stations will be on the course to provide water.

Services, awards and volunteer options

All finishers receive a race shirt and a medal. The 5K and 10K include overall trophies for male and female winners, master's recognitions, and standard age-group awards across multiple age bands. A holiday-themed costume contest awards prizes including two free entries to a future Bigfoot race, a trophy, and a holiday treats bucket. Snacks and refreshments are available at the race rally tent after the finish. Volunteer roles include water station, course monitor, finish line helper, packet pickup, lead bike, sweeper, and mascot. Full-race volunteers earn a race shirt, a souvenir medal (subject to availability), VIP access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 prepaid digital gift card.
