US Road Running - Hudson
The US Road Running event in Hudson, Florida, features multiple race distances held at a local park facility located at 14333 Hicks Rd. The event center is situated behind the Aquatic Center near the splash pad, where the packet pickup station is established. Participation requires advance registration through the designated online platform, as there is no registration available at the venue on the day of the event.
Participants can choose from three different distances:
- 5K: This course follows an out-and-back route completed twice.
- 10K: This course follows the same out-and-back route completed four times.
- Half Marathon: This course follows a 2.18-mile out-and-back loop completed six times.
The race courses are designed using specific out-and-back segments to reach the total distance required for each category. All participants are subject to a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Those who finish their respective races receive a finisher medal.
The event includes an optional costume component where participants may take part in a best costume competition. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the collective start and concludes shortly before the races commence.
