Event Overview
The US Road Running Medal Madness event takes place in Biglerville, Pennsylvania. It offers three race distances on a shared out-and-back course format. The event is held at a park on Table Rock Road.
Distances
The event includes the following race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
Course Details
All races use an out-and-back course loop. The 5K and 10K share a shorter loop of 0.78 miles one way (1.56 miles round trip). The Half Marathon uses a longer loop of 1.09 miles one way (2.18 miles round trip). Runners complete multiple loops to reach their respective race distances:
- The 5K requires completing the shorter loop two times.
- The 10K requires completing the shorter loop four times.
- The Half Marathon requires completing the longer loop six times.
A time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies to the course.
Registration & Logistics
All participants must register online via RunSignup. On-site registration is not available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before it begins. The start and finish area is located at Pavilion 4 in the park.
