The Hauser Hill Wine Run is a 5k event held at the Hauser Hill Event Center in Biglerville, Pennsylvania. Course Details
The route starts and finishes near the Hauser Hill Event Center. It is a cross country style course that features inclines and areas of uneven footing. While both runners and walkers are permitted on the course, the terrain is not considered a flat surface. Due to the nature of the ground, strollers are permitted but are not recommended.
Participant Information
Registration for the event includes several items:
- 5k run or walk access
- Super soft ring spun cotton t-shirt
- Shatterproof, collapsible, and portable wine glass
- Finisher medal
- Official race bib with chip timing
- One pour of wine for participants of legal age
The event is open to participants of all ages. Minors receive a discounted registration which includes a shirt, medal, and bib, though they do not receive the wine glass or wine. Dogs are not permitted on the property because it is a produce and vegetable farm subject to USDA regulations.
Awards and Recognition
The event utilizes 10-year age group categories ranging from 19 & Under to 80 & Over. Custom awards are available for the top three finishers in each category. To be eligible for these awards, participants must start with the first wave. Awards must be picked up at the registration table on the day of the event as they are not shipped afterward.
