Event Overview
The US Road Running event in Grand Ledge, Michigan, is part of a recurring race series that invites participants to compete in several distance categories. The race takes place at 7419 E Mt Hope Hwy and requires all participants to complete their registration through the RunSignup platform, as no on-site registration is available on the day of the event. Course Details
The event utilizes out-and-back course layouts for all distances. The 5K and 10K participants run on a 0.78-mile course section, resulting in a 1.56-mile out-and-back loop. Runners in the 5K category complete this loop twice, while 10K runners complete it four times. The Half Marathon uses a different 1.09-mile section, creating a 2.18-mile out-and-back course that participants complete six times.
Participant Experience
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is enforced for all distances. Every finisher receives a thematic medal upon completing their run. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes, and a group photo is taken for the best costume recognition.
