Event overview
The Medal Madness event is scheduled for January 24, 2026, at Millennium Park in Danville, Kentucky (1000 Cunningham Drive, Danville, KY 40422). The event offers three distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon (13.1 miles). All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Course and logistics
Participants are asked to meet by the playground at Millennium Park. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course based on a 0.78 mile segment: the 5K completes that segment two times and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back course based on a 1.09 mile segment and completes that segment six times. The event materials include finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
