The Luau event takes place on May 9, 2026 at Ephram White Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It offers three race distances held at the same location and uses gravel surfaces for the courses.

The 5K and 10K courses are run using a repeated out-and-back loop, with the 5K completing the loop two times and the 10K completing it four times. The half marathon also uses an out-and-back loop repeated six times. The organizer sets a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race begins. All runners must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
