Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Madisonville, KY
The event takes place at Mahr Park, 465 Mahr Park Rd, Madisonville, KY 42431. Attendees are asked to go past the Mahr Park Arboretum to the end of the road. Parking is limited; if parking on grass, do not block the utility boxes.
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race. Registration fees listed for the events are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the 13.1 mile distance. Registration open and close dates are provided by the organizer.
Distances offered:
- 5K: two loops of a 0.78 mile out-and-back.
- 10K: four loops of a 0.78 mile out-and-back.
- 13.1 miles: six loops of a 1.09 mile out-and-back.
The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes. The organizer provides finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume recognition, series points, and awards.
