The Medal Madness event is scheduled for May 30, 2026 at Mahr Park in Madisonville, KY (465 Mahr Park Rd, Madisonville, KY 42431). The event includes these distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start.
Courses and logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back loop of 0.78 miles. The 5K runs this loop two times and the 10K runs it four times. The half marathon uses an out-and-back loop of 1.09 miles and repeats that loop six times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Parking at Mahr Park is limited; participants who park on the grass are asked not to block utility boxes. The event provides finisher medals and has a shirt and gear shop, a best costume feature, series points, and awards.
