US Road Running - Hughesville
The US Road Running event in Hughesville, Pennsylvania, features a series of races held on an out-and-back course layout. Participants can choose between three different distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
The 5K and 10K participants utilize a 0.78-mile course section. The 5K runners complete this loop two times, while 10K runners complete it four times. Those participating in the Half Marathon run a separate 1.09-mile out-and-back course, completing a total of six laps to reach the distance. All participants must finish their respective courses within a time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Packet pickup is available at the race location starting 30 minutes before the event begins and concludes 10 minutes prior to the start. All participants are required to register online in advance, as no on-site registration is provided. All finishers receive a medal upon completion of their race.
