Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Spokane, WA (26)
Medal Madness takes place in Spokane on June 27, 2026 at 1300 E 5th Ave, Spokane, WA 99202. The event offers three distances that follow marked out and back loops on trails connected to the Ben Burr area.
- 5K: two repeats of the 1.56 mile out and back section
- 10K: four repeats of the 1.56 mile out and back section
- Half Marathon: six repeats of the 2.18 mile out and back section
Course notes describe a 0.78 mile segment used for the 5K and 10K course and a 1.09 mile segment used for the half marathon course. Each race uses repeated out and back laps of those segments. Parking is listed at the Disc Golf Course and the starting line is at the entrance to the Ben Burr trail.
All participants must register online; on site registration is not available. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes. The event includes finisher medals and has associated shirt and gear offerings, a best costume category, series points and awards.
