Event information
The Medal Madness event takes place on June 13, 2026, at Lake Beresford Park in Deland, Florida (2100 Fatio Rd, Deland, FL 32720). The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 (Half Marathon)
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race begins.
Courses and logistics
The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back segment that is 0.78 miles one way. The 5K completes that out-and-back two times; the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a 1.09 mile one-way out-and-back segment and repeats that out-and-back six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Parking at the start location is limited. Overflow parking is 0.50 miles from the start; participants should allow time to reach the start from overflow parking. The event lists finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume recognition, series points, and awards. A contact form is provided for questions.
