Event Overview
The Eagle 5K, 10K, & 13.1M is a local running event held at Gemini Springs Park in DeBary, Florida. Participants compete on a concrete course with three available distances:
- 5K: A 3.11-mile out-and-back course completed once.
- 10K: A 3.11-mile out-and-back course completed twice.
- Half Marathon: A 3.28-mile out-and-back course completed four times.
The event has a total course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all participants.
Venue and Logistics
The race takes place at Gemini Springs Park, located at 37 Dirksen Drive. Runners enter the park from Dirksen Drive and park in the West Parking loop near the O.K. Corral shelter. If the West Parking area is full, additional parking is available in the East Parking lot. The check-in and bib pick-up station, as well as the start and finish lines, are located at the O.K. Corral shelter. Restrooms are accessible on the far side of the West Parking area, situated beyond the playground.
All participants must register online through RunSignup before the event, as there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the race, beginning 30 minutes before the start and concluding 10 minutes prior to departure. All runners who finish their respective events receive a finisher medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
