Event overview
The Pirate race takes place on April 11, 2026, at James Martin Trail Park in Gadsden, AL (829 Old S 4th St, Gadsden, AL 35901). The event includes the following distances:

- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup and other race-day details are provided by the organizer. A contact form is available for questions.
Course and race details
Courses are run on a pea gravel trail behind the Gadsden Mall. The 5K and 10K use a 0.78-mile segment run as an out-and-back. The 5K completes that out-and-back twice, the 10K four times, and a 15K option is described as six times that out-and-back. The Half Marathon course is described with a 1.09-mile segment and as an out-and-back that is repeated six times; course maps are provided by the organizer. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
