The Pirate 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon takes place on April 11, 2026 in Gadsden, Alabama at James Martin Trail Park (829 Old S 4th St, Gadsden, AL 35901). The event offers these distances:

All participants must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is provided on race day. The event includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards. The event is organized by US Road Running.
Course and logistics
Courses run on a pea gravel trail near James D. Martin Park, just behind the Gadsden Mall. The organizer notes that GPS devices may direct drivers to a small building on Old S 4th Street; in that case follow local parking access to the lot behind the mall.
Course formats and segments as published:
- 5K & 10K: a 0.78 mile segment configured as an out-and-back of 1.56 miles; the 5K repeats the out-and-back twice, the 10K repeats it four times, and a 15K option repeats it six times.
- Half Marathon: a 1.09 mile segment configured as an out-and-back of 3.18 miles; the Half Marathon repeats that out-and-back six times.
