Course and logistics

The 100-mile course runs out from Jacksonville to Nathan Dean Park in Rockmart, Georgia, then returns to the Jacksonville Community Center to complete 100 miles. The route uses smooth paved trail for the 50-mile out-and-back portion. Aid stations are spaced no more than 8 miles apart and there are 14 aid stations in total; crews can access all but 4 of those stations. Total elevation gain and loss for the 100-mile course is about 3,500 ft. The 50-mile starts near Germania Springs and returns to Jacksonville. The 50K is a point-to-point that begins at the state line area; Esom Hill is noted as a nearby drive from Jacksonville. The half marathon is point-to-point from Eubanks Welcome Center in Piedmont to the Jacksonville Community Center. Shuttle service is offered for the shorter races for an additional fee.
