Medal Madness takes place on September 19, 2026 at Holston River Park, 3300 Holston Hills Road, Knoxville, TN 37914. The starting line is located near Shelter #1.

Distances and fees:

5K : $30.00
10K : $45.00
Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) : $65.00

Course format and repeats are specified by distance. The 5K and 10K use an out and back course; the 5K completes that course twice and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out and back course repeated six times.

All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on site registration.
