Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon : Knoxville, TN
Medal Madness in Knoxville is scheduled for September 5, 2026, at Holston River Park (3300 Holston Hills Road, Knoxville, TN 37914). The event offers three race distances and uses defined out and back course segments. The starting line is near Shelter #1. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.

- 5K : out and back segment of 1.56 miles repeated two times
- 10K : out and back segment of 1.56 miles repeated four times
- Half Marathon : out and back segment of 2.18 miles repeated six times
