Pathways 5K for Tennessee Children's Home is a late-August 2026 running event held in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event includes an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K. Course and awards
The in-person race uses a certified course along the Ten Mile Creek Greenway, running from West End Church of Christ to the Walker Springs Park loop and back. Finishers receive medals, and T-shirts are offered but are not guaranteed after August 15, 2025. Age-group awards are given in five-year increments up to age 70. Overall awards include a masters category for runners over 40.
Registration and logistics
Published entry fees are $32.80 (including a $2.80 fee) for the in-person 5K and $38.10 (including a $3.10 fee) for the virtual 5K. Prices increase after May 29, 2026.
