Eagle 5K and 10K at Knoxville
The Eagle 5K and 10K is a paved road running event held in Knoxville, Tennessee. The race is part of the US Road Running Race Series and takes place at a course starting near the Knoxville Parks and Recreation building. The event is open to the public; however, all participants must complete their registration online prior to the race as no on-site registration is available on the day of the event.
The course is designed as an out-and-back loop measuring approximately 1.56 miles. Runners will follow the path based on their chosen distance:
- 5K: Participants complete the out-and-back course two times.
- 10K: Participants complete the out-and-back course four times.
There is a course time limit of 2 hours for all participants. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the event and concludes 10 minutes prior to the start. All finishers receive a themed medal. In addition to the race itself, participants have the option to compete for a best costume award, and the event contributes points toward the larger US Road Running series standings.
