The event takes place on May 2, 2026, at 3300 Holston Hills Road, Knoxville, TN 37914. The starting line is located near Shelter #1. The event is part of the US Road Running Race Series and awards points toward the series.

The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile out and back loop. The 5K completes that loop twice and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile out and back loop completed six times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on site registration. Listed entry fees are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the Half Marathon. All finishers will receive a themed finisher medal. Awards are provided by the organizer. Wearing a costume is encouraged. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
