The series describes its races as local and community minded, with clear courses, race staff, published results, and finisher medals. Many events in this series are small and operate with minimal on-site staffing. EMS is not stationed on site. Water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish. Because staffing and services are limited, runners may need to carry or bring items they want between laps; race staff are available for assistance during the event.
