The event takes place at Heritage Park, 5th Ave SW and Water St SW, Olympia, WA 98501, USA. It features three race distances and a single course time limit of 3 hours 30 minutes.

All runners must register through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Registration fees listed in the event information are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the Half Marathon. Registration closes on 10/10/2026.
Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
Course details are provided for each distance. The 5K and 10K use a 1.56 mile out and back course that measures 3.11 miles for a full out and back; the 5K runs that course once and the 10K runs it twice. The Half Marathon uses a 1.64 mile out and back course that measures 3.275 miles for a full out and back; the Half Marathon completes that course four times.
