Event Details
The Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, in Olympia, Washington. The event is held at Heritage Park, at the intersection of 5th Avenue SW and Water Street SW. There is a total time limit for all distances of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Race Distances
Participants can choose from three distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
Course Information
The course is an out-and-back format. The same loop is completed multiple times depending on the chosen distance.
- The 5K course involves completing a 1.56-mile out-and-back loop twice.
- The 10K course involves completing the same 1.56-mile loop four times.
- The Half Marathon course involves completing a longer 3.18-mile out-and-back loop six times.
All participants must register online via RunSignup, as on-site registration is not available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start of the race and concludes 10 minutes before the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
