Event Overview
The US Road Running event in DeBary takes place at Gemini Springs Park. Participants can choose between three distinct distances conducted on a concrete surface. All event check-in and bib pick-up activities occur at the O.K. Corral shelter. Access to the venue is via Dirksen Drive, with parking available in the West Parking loop and additional parking in the East Parking area.
Race Distances
The event features three race options:
- 5K: A single out-and-back loop covering a total distance of 3.11 miles.
- 10K: Two repetitions of the out-and-back course.
- Half Marathon: Four repetitions of the out-and-back course, covering 13.1 miles.
Course Information
The courses are designed as out-and-back routes on concrete paths throughout the park. A time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is established for the completion of all distances. Restroom facilities are located across from the West Parking area, near the playground.
Participation Details
Registration for the event is required through the RunSignup platform, as no on-site registration is provided. Packet pickup is scheduled to begin 30 minutes before the start and concludes 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the race. All finishers receive a medal for completing their chosen distance.
