Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & 13.1M - DeBary, FL
The event is held at Gemini Springs Park in DeBary. Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1M)
Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Check-in and bib pick-up are located at the O.K. Corral shelter.
Entrances and parking are through Dirksen Drive. Participants are advised to turn right at the first stop sign and use the West Parking loop; park signs indicate East Parking if West Parking is full. Restrooms are located beyond the playground on the opposite side of West Parking.
The course surface is concrete. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back loop of about 3.11 miles; the 5K completes the loop once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon uses a different out-and-back loop of about 3.28 miles and repeats it four times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
