Event overview
The Medal Madness event takes place on January 17, 2026 at Gemini Springs Park in DeBary, Florida (37 Dirksen Drive, DeBary, FL 32713). The event includes these distances:

Entry fees listed for the events are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the Half Marathon. All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
Course and logistics
All courses use concrete surfaces and are out-and-back formats. The 5K/10K out-and-back measures 3.11 miles; the 5K completes it once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon out-and-back measures 3.28 miles and is completed four times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Packet pickup and bib check-in occur at the O.K. Corral shelter. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. Enter the park from Dirksen Drive and park in the West Parking loop; follow park signs for East Parking if West Parking is full. Restrooms are located beyond the playground on the side opposite West Parking.
