Event overview
The Medal Madness race takes place on June 13, 2026, in Temple, Texas. The event is based at Jams Wilson Park, 1909 Curtis B Elliot Dr, Temple, TX 76501. The event includes three distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
All runners must register in advance on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
Course and race details
Each distance uses an out-and-back course. The 5K completes the course one time, the 10K completes it two times, and the Half Marathon completes it four times. Course maps are provided for the 5K/10K route and for the Half Marathon route. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Awards and extras
All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. The event awards points toward the US Road Running Race Series and follows that series' award and FAQ procedures.
