About the race

Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Temple, TX (24) takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Jams Wilson Park in Temple, Texas. The event offers three distances: a 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon (13.1 miles). All races start at the same time.

The course is out-and-back. The 5K course is completed once. The 10K is completed by running the same course twice. The Half Marathon requires completing the course four times. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.

All finishers receive a themed medal. Wearing a costume is encouraged but not required. Participants must register online; no on-site registration is available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start and ends 10 minutes before the race. This race earns points towards the US Road Running Race Series.
