Event Overview
The Eagle running event takes place on Saturday, July 11, 2026 in Temple, Texas. The start and finish location is at James Wilson Park, located at 1909 Curtis B Elliot Dr. It features three race distances: 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon.
Course Details
The courses are out-and-back loops on specific measured segments.
- The 5K and 10K share a 1.56-mile out-and-back segment. Runners complete this loop once for the 5K and twice for the 10K.
- The Half Marathon uses a 1.64-mile out-and-back segment. Runners complete this loop four times to finish the 13.1-mile distance. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all events.
Registration and Logistics
All participants must register online via RunSignup. There is no on-site registration available on race day. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the start.
