Event overview
The Pirate 5K, 10K & Half Marathon takes place on April 4, 2026, at Cedar Lane Regional Park in Bel Air, MD (1100 Cedar Ln, 21015). The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All participants must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start.
Course and logistics
The courses are out-and-back routes with short loop segments. The 5K and 10K use a course segment of 0.78 miles one way (1.56 miles round trip); the 5K completes that segment twice and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09-mile one-way segment (2.18 miles round trip) and repeats that round trip six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
