Event details
The Medal Madness race takes place on March 28, 2026, at Blount Cultural Park in Montgomery, AL 36117. Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1)
All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Parking is available in the large parking lot in the center of the park or at the Scenic Open Space. The race has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. The event is organized by US Road Running.
Course information
The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back segment. The out-and-back segment measures 1.56 miles; the 5K completes that segment two times and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a different out-and-back segment that measures 2.18 miles; the half marathon completes that segment six times.
