Event Overview

The Medal Madness event offers three running distances on Saturday, March 7, 2026: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. The event takes place at Ben Geren Regional Park, located at 7200 Zero Street in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Course Details

The 5K and 10K share a basic 0.78-mile out-and-back loop. To complete the full distance, the 5K requires two laps of this course and the 10K requires four laps. The Half Marathon uses a separate 1.09-mile out-and-back loop, which runners complete six times. The overall time limit for the course is 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Registration and Logistics

All participants must register online in advance; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the start.
