The Medal Madness event in Fort Smith, Arkansas is scheduled for March 7, 2026 at Ben Geren Regional Park, 7200 Zero St, Fort Smith, AR 72903. The event includes the following distances:

- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event offers finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Courses and logistics
Parking is available in the lot across from the playground at the park. Course layouts are described as short out-and-back segments that are repeated to make each race distance: the 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile segment that becomes a 1.56 mile out-and-back; the 5K completes that out-and-back twice and the 10K four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile segment that becomes a 2.18 mile out-and-back and is completed six times.
