The Medal Madness race at Ben Geren Regional Park in Fort Smith, Arkansas takes place on March 7, 2026. Distances offered are:

- 10K
- Half Marathon
All participants must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event address is 7200 Zero St, Fort Smith, AR 72903. Use the parking lot across from the playground for event parking. The race is organized by US Road Running.
Courses and logistics
The 5K and 10K use a 0.78-mile segment configured as an out-and-back (1.56 miles round trip). The 5K completes that round trip twice; the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09-mile segment as an out-and-back (2.18 miles round trip) and completes that round trip six times. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
