Medal Madness takes place on March 7, 2026 at Ben Geren Regional Park, 7200 Zero St, Fort Smith, AR 72903. The event offers three distance options and uses out-and-back course segments mapped by the organizer.

The 5K and 10K follow a 0.78 mile out-and-back segment; the 5K repeats this segment two times and the 10K repeats it four times. The half marathon follows a 1.09 mile out-and-back segment repeated six times. Course maps are provided by the organizer.
All entrants must register through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Participants are advised to use the parking lot across from the playground for event parking. The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
