Event Information
The US Road Running - Colonial Heights event takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026. It offers four race distances: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon. All races share an 8:00 AM start.
Course Details
The event uses two different out-and-back courses along the Appomattox River Greenway. The start and finish area is at the Roslyn Landing Access point in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Parking is available on-site but is noted as limited.
- The 5K and 10K races use one course. The 5K covers it once, while the 10K covers it twice.
- The Half Marathon and Marathon use a separate out-and-back course. The half marathon covers this course four times, and the marathon covers it eight times.
A six-hour time limit applies to the course.
Registration and Logistics
All participants must register online via RunSignup prior to the event; on-site registration is not available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
