6th Annual Half CRAZY Half Marathon and 5K
The event takes place on November 7, 2026, at 104 W. Hubbard in Mineral Wells, Texas. It features multiple distances and uses a USATF certified course that begins under the CRAZY Water Sign, moves through Mineral Wells, and loops back to downtown.
The half marathon route continues into the hills of Palo Pinto County and offers a view of the Baker Hotel on the return into the finish area. Participants will share roads with cars and should expect hill sections. The event is a fundraiser for United Way of Palo Pinto County and all proceeds support county residents. No refunds are offered.

Awards and participant items are described as follows: Half marathon finishers receive a limited edition CRAZY Hoodie, a medal, Whataburger goodies, and a beverage; overall male and female half marathoners receive a cash prize of $150. 5k participants receive a T shirt, medal, Whataburger goodies, and a beverage. The race will be chip timed and results are posted at ChuckScore.
Packet pickup is available Friday evening at Bankhead Texas Wine Bar from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at 104 W Hubbard Street and on race morning at the Crazy Run staging area in Poston Square.
