Event
The Gulf Coast Half Marathon & Quentin Cooper 5k takes place on April 26, 2026 at Pensacola Beach, Florida. The event uses a flat, certified course along the Gulf front with white sand views and themed water stations. Distances offered:
- 13.1 miles (Half Marathon)
- 5K
The half marathon starts in front of the Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach Boardwalk. The Quentin Cooper 5K starts in front of the Santa Rosa Island Authority. All races finish in front of the Santa Rosa Island Authority at Pensacola Beach.
Logistics and prizes
Packet pickup is available at Running Wild Pensacola (3012 E Cervantes St) and there is a race day packet pick at the Gulfside Pavilion on Pensacola Beach. Registration pricing ranges shown in the event information are $75 to $105 for the half marathon and $40 to $55 for the 5K, depending on registration period. A post-race party is held at Flounders near the finish and includes live coastal music.
Awards are given to overall top male and female runners, overall masters and grandmasters (male and female), top three in each age group (male and female), and top three male and female overall walkers.
