Bike courses are out and back with rolling hills, exposed to wind on open roads, and include speed bumps on the road leading in and out of the conservation area. Run courses remain inside the park on paved roads with short rolling hills. Relay teams share a single timing chip used as the exchange baton. Race day sign ups are offered on site for a late fee and several payment methods are accepted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
