The 5K Foam Fest - Tri-Cities (Kitchener)
The event takes place on July 11, 2026 at Victoria Park, Jubilee Drive, Kitchener, ON. It is a 5 km run featuring more than 25 obstacles along the course and foam areas amounting to 2.5 million cubic feet.
The course includes inflatable obstacles, waterslides, slip n slides, muddy sections and elements such as walls, cargo climbs and tire hops. Some venues include mud crawls and mud pits depending on the site layout.
The festival area offers multiple services and items included with entry. Participants receive a string bag, a 5K Foam buff, a finishers medal, a festival wristband and a temporary tattoo; a low resolution finish photo is provided free. Onsite amenities include a free kids fun zone, water stations, a live DJ, food vendors, a licensed beer garden, a merch tent, shaded areas, rinse stations and a gear check available for a donation. Spectators are admitted free.
