Practical Information

A pre-race gathering, including a group run, kit pickup, and an information meeting, is scheduled for Sunday, July 12 in Conestogo. Time limits are enforced for each stage, and failure to meet them results in elimination from the event.

All participants receive a technical t-shirt, and all finishers receive a medal. Post-race refreshments and on-course fluid stations are provided. The event is organized by an experienced race committee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
