GROW Together 5K
The GROW Together 5K is a community run and walk fundraiser held in Nashville at Two Rivers Park. The event is hosted by GROW Enrichment and supports the restoration and revitalization of a nature playground and public garden on park land. Adult and child registration options are available.
All proceeds from the event are dedicated to rebuilding a natural playscape surrounded by edible vegetation. Funds are used to purchase fruit trees, vegetables, and herbs for a public food forest and garden. Revenue also supports free and low cost educational programming, ongoing site maintenance, and improvements that keep the land accessible and safe.
GROW operates as a volunteer run organization and relies on fundraisers and donations to maintain the garden and learning spaces at Two Rivers Regional Park. The organization describes the site as a living laboratory for regenerative land management and sustainable farming practices that serve families, students, and community members.
On race day there is morning packet pickup, a welcome and warm up, a run walk or roll along the greenway, and a post-race celebration with family friendly activities. Participants receive race swag and a shirt; shirts are guaranteed if registration is completed by April 24, 2026. Parking is at Two Rivers Middle School, a short walk to the GROW site.
