Group Run & Raft - Summer 2026
Group Run & Raft is a combined trail run and rafting event organized by Rim to River Endurance Co. in New River Gorge National Park, West Virginia. The summer 2026 dates are July 12 and August 23; each date is limited to 24 spots.
The outing meets at the Fayette Station parking area and follows the Rim to River 100 route to the Cunard Aid Station. From Cunard participants join a booked ACE Adventure Resort rafting trip for a downstream return to the vehicles on Class V whitewater.
Distances:
- 11 miles run on the Rim to River 100 route
- 7 miles raft on Class V whitewater with ACE Adventure Resort
To comply with National Park Service requirements, the rafting portion is arranged through ACE Adventure Resort. The rafting cost is $99 per person. One raft will be guided by an event guide together with an ACE river guide. Spots for each date are offered on a first-come-first-served basis through registration on UltraSignup.
