Grit & Grind Trail Race: Dunrobin Edition
The event takes place on July 29, 2026 at Sheila McKee Park in Dunrobin. It is a trail race run off pavement on terrain that is overall flat but includes roots, dirt, rocks and uneven ground. The course is clearly marked.

- 2 km kids run (ages 5 to 12)
The kids run is designed for confident young runners; a parent or guardian may run alongside if needed. Registration includes a commemorative medal unless the Green Bib option is chosen, a personalized race bib, professional chip timing with results, and post-race snacks and beverages. Participants registered before July 20 will have their names printed on their bibs.
Published entry fees are $78.74 + HST for 5K adults, $28.13 + HST for 5K youth (ages 12 to 24), and $16.88 + HST for the kids 2K. The Green Bib does not include a medal and directs a portion of the fee to the event charity partner.
For safety, headphones, hiking poles and strollers are not permitted on course. The event is not suitable for strollers or mobility devices. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
