Grisedale Grind

The Grisedale Grind is a challenging running event organized by the Keswick Athletic Club, set in the scenic Lake District. This race covers a distance of 4km with a significant ascent of 480m, following a forest trail to the Grisedale summit and back. Participants are required to carry mandatory safety equipment, including a waterproof cover, compass, and emergency food, ensuring their safety during the race.
