Greenway Grand Prix
The Greenway Grand Prix is a four-race series held in Huntsville, AL, from June 12 to July 24, 2026. The series uses local greenway trails and highlights three different greenways, with Aldridge Creek featured twice. All races are out-and-back courses with very little elevation change.
Event distances and dates:
- 5K - Aldridge Creek Greenway (near Publix) June 12 2026
- 4 Mile - Indian Creek Greenway at Creekwood Park June 27 2026
- 8K - Big Cove Creek Greenway at Hampton Cove Middle School July 17 2026
- 10K - Aldridge Creek Greenway at Ditto Landing July 24 2026
Aid stations are provided as follows: one station for the 5K and two stations each for the 4 Mile, 8K, and 10K. Course maps are maintained for each event.
Bundle and gear information is specified for the series. Participants who register for the four-race bundle receive a race t-shirt and a finisher medal; the t-shirt is distributed at the first race and the medal at the final race. Individual race registrants may add a t-shirt for an additional fee.
Packet pickup is available at RunningLane, 2407 Memorial Pkwy SW, Huntsville, AL 35801, on Thursdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Race-day packet pickup is available near each starting area at the listed evening pickup windows. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
