Greenway Grand Prix
The Greenway Grand Prix is a four-race series on several greenways in the Huntsville area held between June 12, 2026 and July 24, 2026. Each event is an out-and-back route with very little elevation change, using local greenway corridors and park-adjacent start and finish areas.
The series includes these distances and locations:
- 5K on Aldridge Creek Greenway near Ken Johnston Park
- 4 Mile on Indian Creek Greenway near Creekwood Park
- 8K on Big Cove Creek Greenway near Hampton Cove Elementary
- 10K on Aldridge Creek Greenway at Ditto Landing
Registration options include a four-race bundle and individual race entries. Bundle registrants receive a race t-shirt and a finisher medal; the t-shirt is distributed at the first race in the series and the finisher medal at the final race. Individual race entrants may add a t-shirt for an additional fee at checkout. For the Aldridge Creek events, participants are asked to carpool when possible and to use the back of the nearby Publix parking area; parking is limited for the Indian Creek event and may require parking in nearby neighborhood areas.
