About the race
Shriners Children’s Greenville organizes the Turkey Trot and Roll at Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. The event combines a community festival with structured walking and running options, including a Family Fun Walk around the park track and a 5K road course, alongside activities at a Family Fun Fest. Packet and T-shirt pick-up take place the day before the main event, and the Community Fun Walk begins after the conclusion of the 5K.
All proceeds benefit Shriners Children’s Greenville. Funds support treatment for more than 85 orthopedic conditions and are provided regardless of a family’s ability to pay or insurance status. The event lists sponsors and displays fundraising progress toward a stated goal of $165,000, with $59,127 raised so far.
