Event
Greensprings 24 is a 24-hour endurance race on Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Williamsburg, VA (3751 John Tyler Hwy). The event benefits The Arc in Williamsburg, VA. Awards are given for completing 50k, 50 miles, 100k, 75 miles, and 100 miles, plus top three overall male and female finishers. Teams are unlimited; each member registers separately, team mileage is tracked, and the team with the most mileage receives a prize. Volunteers will assist participants. Donations can be added at registration or collected by participants.
Course and logistics
The course is a loop that is USATF certified at 2.215 miles per loop. Key details:

- 14 loops = 50k
- 12 loops = marathon; 6 loops = half marathon
The surface is crushed gravel and the trail is mainly flat and non-technical, with minimal elevation change. The route will be marked with reflective streamers. Loop check-in is about 50 yards from the parking lot at the school; there is ample parking. Porta potties will be at loop check-in. Food options will be available throughout the event, including grilling. There is space for tents and personal setups near the loop check-in. Packet pick up is available on the morning of the race and the evening before (4-7pm) at the start/finish area; participants can pick up packets during the 24-hour event. Pacers are allowed after 3pm. A separate half marathon will use the same trail in the opposite direction, creating trail traffic Saturday morning.
