The Green Park Viking Dash takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in Saint Louis, MO at Green Park Lutheran School, 4248 Green Park Road, 63125. The event includes two distances:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Run/Walk
Both races begin and end at Green Park Lutheran School. The 5K follows a course through nearby neighborhoods and uses part of Grant's Trail. The 1 Mile follows a route in the nearby neighborhood. Proceeds benefit Green Park Lutheran School's Viking Village.
Registration, awards and logistics
Registration fees are tiered: the 5K is listed at $30 through January 31, $35 through March 15, and $40 on race day; the 1 Mile is listed at $20 through January 31, $25 through March 15, and $30 on race day. T-shirts are guaranteed for those registered by March 15; limited sizes will be available on race day. Packet pickup and onsite registration will be available on race day. All finishers receive a medal. Individual awards will be given to the top male and female overall and to first place in each age group: 10 & under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+.
