Greater St. Louis Marathon
The Greater St. Louis Marathon takes place on April 3, 2027 in downtown St. Louis and includes a weekend of events that showcase parts of the city and a post race festival at CITYPARK. The event week features an Expo and packet pickup on April 1 and April 2 where registered participants must pick up their race packet.

- 1 Mile Family Fun Run
Age requirements vary by distance: marathon participants must be at least 18 years old, half marathon 14, 10K 12, and 5K 6. Registration is available online only. Registration benefits listed by the organizers include a premium event shirt, a finisher medal, water and Gatorade stations, energy gels on longer courses, St. Louis themed finish line food, gear check, medical stations, massage therapy, individual race photos, and a post race party with local food and drinks.
An Early Start option is available for walkers who expect finish times beyond the standard course limits. Eligible walkers must provide proof of a recent marathon or half marathon finish time, wear reflective safety gear and carry a light before daylight, and will be supported on course by lead and tail vehicles, pacers, aid stations, and official timing. The event also offers a VIP package, a hospitality hub hosted by WashU, a paced team, and an elite athlete program with qualifying standards and athlete benefits.
