Greater St. Louis Marathon
The Greater St. Louis Marathon takes place on April 3, 2027, in downtown St. Louis. The event uses new course routes that pass several city landmarks and concludes with a post-race festival featuring live music and local food.

Age requirements vary by distance: marathon participants must be at least 18, half marathon 14, 10K 12, 5K 6, and the 1-mile fun run is open to all ages. General registration is available online only and entry fees depend on the chosen event and registration date. Registration benefits listed for participants include a premium event shirt, finisher medal, hydration stations, energy gel stations on longer courses, gear check, medical support, participant photos, and a post-race party.
An Expo and packet pickup is scheduled the days before race day; packet pickup at the Expo is the standard method for receiving race materials. Race morning packet pickup is available only if that option is purchased during registration. Refunds are not offered and transfers to another person are not permitted. Limited medical deferral options exist for half and full marathon entrants with documentation.
The event introduces an Early Start option to accommodate walkers who expect slower finish times. Early Start entrants must provide proof of eligibility, will receive official timing and support on course including lead and tail vehicles, pacers, aid stations, and must wear reflective safety gear and appropriate lighting before daylight.
