Event overview
The Greater St. Louis Marathon takes place in St. Louis on April 11, 2026. The event weekend includes an Expo and packet pickup on April 9 and April 10, and a post-race festival and after-party downtown. The weekend features live music, local food vendors, a hospitality hub at Aloe Plaza, and an Expo with vendor booths and official packet pickup.

Entry fees listed on the race page: Marathon $95, Half Marathon $80, 10K $50, 5K $30, 1-Mile $25, Marathon Weekend Virtual Run $50. General registration is online only. Age minimums: Marathon 18+, Half Marathon 14+, 10K 12+, 5K 6+, 1-Mile open to all ages.
Services, programs and rules
Registration includes a premium event shirt, finisher’s medal, on-course hydration, energy gel stations on the half and full courses, gear check, medical stations, massage therapy, individual race photos, and access to the post-race party. A VIP package with reserved parking and exclusive amenities is available for an additional fee. A Pace Team and an Elite Athlete Program with A/B qualifying standards are offered for marathon and half marathon runners. Competitive wheelchairs are permitted in the marathon and half marathon; helmets are required. Strollers, pets, and wheeled devices (other than approved wheelchairs) are not allowed on the course.
Early Start option and time limits
An Early Start option is available for walkers expected to finish the full marathon between 6 and 7.5 hours or the half marathon between 3:15 and 4:15. Early Start participants require proof of eligibility, must wear a reflective safety item and a headlamp or light before daylight, and will be supported by lead/tail vehicles, pacers, aid stations, and official timing.
