Greater Beverly YMCA Fly By 5K & Kids Fun Run
The Greater Beverly YMCA Fly By 5K and Kids Fun Run is scheduled for October 18, 2026 at Beverly Regional Airport, 50 L P Henderson Rd, Beverly, MA. The event uses the airport grounds for a road race course with a separate children’s run.

The event supports the Greater Beverly YMCA and its community programs. Fundraising tiers are in place and include levels such as Runway Racer ($50), Skybound Supporter ($100), and Cloud Nine Champion ($250). Proceeds assist local initiatives including the McPherson Youth Center and the Open Air & Space Museum located on the airport campus.
Event logistics note that dogs are not permitted on the airport property and that all sales are final with no refunds. Official timing is provided by Bay State Race Services. Race shirts are available while supplies last and must be claimed before the race begins. Free on-site parking is offered at the airport terminal; participants are asked not to park on the access road. Bib and shirt pick-up is available at Beverly Regional Airport on October 16 and on race morning.
Awards include overall medals for first place male and female, age-group medals for top three finishers in standard age brackets, top three non-binary and wheelchair categories, and special recognition for the first Beverly residents to finish.
