The Great North Walk Trail Running Festival is a dedicated trail running event that utilizes sections of the historic Great North Walk. The event offers participants three distinct course distances, each featuring significant elevation changes and utilizing natural terrain.
The event structure includes the following distances:
- 10K: Covering an actual distance of 9.6 km with 329 meters of total ascent and descent.
