Beach2Beach 2026
Beach2Beach 2026 is a community running event along Sydney's Northern Beaches, scheduled for 23 August 2026. The event stages courses that link beaches and coastal reserves in Dee Why, Warriewood, Mona Vale and finishes at Newport Beach.
Distances offered include:
- Half Marathon (16+) - starts Dee Why Beach finishes Newport Beach
- 14 km - starts Dee Why Beach finishes Newport Beach; youth and child categories
- 6 km - starts Warriewood (Rat Park) finishes Newport Beach; adult, junior and kids
- 3 km - starts Mona Vale finishes Newport Beach; adult and youth categories
Several distances list age-based categories for juniors and children. The event has been held since 1994. Registration is offered in tiered pricing periods including Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Standard and Late fees, and optional free race bib postage is available in January only.
All proceeds from the event are directed to local charitable organisations. Many courses run along the coastline and several races conclude at a family friendly Finish Festival at Newport Beach. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
