Grayson Highlands
The event takes place May 1-2, 2027, at Grayson Highlands State Park, Virginia. It is held each May and presents multiple trail race distances that run through the park landscape. Courses include mountain views and the possibility of seeing wild ponies along the route.
Distances offered:
- 50 Mile (50M)
- 50K
- 25k
- 8 Mile (8M)
Course metrics and time limits are published for each distance. The 50 Mile course has 7,500 ft of climbing and a 16 hour cutoff. The 50K course has 4,500 ft of climbing and an 11 hour cutoff. The 25k course has 2,300 ft of climbing and a 6 hour cutoff. The 8 Mile course has 1,400 ft of climbing and a 4 hour cutoff. Course details include maps, aid station breakdowns, and cutoff times.
